Delete Your Account & Data
You can ask us to delete your Cosmic Shore account, and everything tied to it, at any time. Cosmic Shore is published by Froglet Games.
How to ask
- Note your display nameIt’s shown on your profile in the game. Display names are unique, so this is how we find your account.
- Email usSend it to the address below with the subject Delete my data. Include your display name, the platform you play on (Steam, iPhone/iPad or Android) and roughly when you started playing.
SUPPORT EMAIL
- Confirm it’s youWe reply with a short code, such as Pilot4821. Change your display name in the game (Profile → name) to that code and tell us. That shows us the request comes from the account’s owner.
- We delete itWe delete your account and data within 30 days and email you when it’s done.
Uninstalling isn’t deleting
Removing the game from your device clears what’s stored on that device, but your account and saved progress stay on our servers until you ask us to delete them.
What we delete

| Saved progress | Everything saved to your account: profile, crystals, rewards, unlocked vessels, stats, mode progress, challenges, quests, loadouts and settings. |
| Friends | Your friend list, friend requests and blocks. |
| Leaderboards | Your weekly-challenge entries, including past weeks. |
| Analytics | Gameplay analytics linked to your player ID or install ID, in Unity Analytics and PostHog. |
| Support history | Your support emails, after RETENTION PERIOD. |
Deletion is permanent. If you open the game again afterwards, it starts a brand-new account.
What we keep
- Totals that can’t identify you, such as how many games were played in a week.
- Crash reports don’t contain your player ID, so we can’t match them to you. They are deleted after RETENTION PERIOD.
- Other players’ records may still show your player ID where you interacted with them, for example a friend request you sent. CONFIRM: SCRUB OR KEEP
- Anything the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires.
Just want to stop analytics?
You don’t need to delete your account. In the game, open Settings → General → Analytics and switch it off. See the Privacy Policy for what that covers.
